Our house has an extremely contemporary style, and is located in a strategic area for those arriving by car (on the limit of the restricted traffic zone) and can reach the center on foot, excellent for those traveling by train, plane and for all those who they want to stay in an area where Florentines still live. In this area you will still find several food shops and meeting points. The center is 900 meters away, about 10/15 minutes on foot.

the house is on 2 floors
-on a floor you will find: a charming dining and living area, a bright and fully equipped kitchen, a very large bathroom with window.
-on the upper floor you find a very urban style with exposed bricks and a roof window, with a double bedroom and a sofa that becomes an actual double bed, a second double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and a very large and comfortable bathroom with washing machine.

garage is at 200 metres from home.

The garage is under the building, so once arrived stop in front of the gate of our house and ring the bell, i will come downstairs to open you
